- Americas Executive
Chief Executive Officer, NTT Ltd. Americas
Simon Walsh is Chief Executive Officer of NTT Ltd. Americas, reporting directly to NTT Ltd. Global CEO, Jason Goodall. Simon is responsible for managing the end-to-end go-to-market, sales, delivery, operations and profitability for the region. In addition, Simon works closely with other NTT operating companies in the Americas region including NTT DATA Services and NTT Research to ensure we provide the best possible technology services for our clients.
Before joining NTT Ltd., Simon served as CEO of Atos North America, where he was responsible for serving the clients of North America. Prior to Atos, he was Chief Operating Officer of Virtustream, Dell Technologies’ global cloud business, where he led its global expansion. His leadership experience also spans to Virtustream, where he was Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of EMC across Europe, Middle East and Africa. He also spent 17 years with Computacenter Plc, with the latter four years as Managing Director for the UK and Ireland, delivering IT services and solutions throughout the region.
Now based in New York, Simon also serves as Chairman of Beds on Board, a startup focused on providing accommodation on stationary yachts.
Senior Vice President, Sales
Dan is Senior Vice President of Sales, responsible for field sales for NTT Ltd. in the Americas. He leads overall field sales strategy and execution in the Americas region and is responsible for optimizing relationships between the company and its current and prospective clients, as well as ensuring the sales team is empowered, both internally and externally, to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.
In his over 20 years with the company, Dan has held a number of key positions within the sales organization.
His roles ranged from Global Client Director where he established the West sales region, to Area Vice President for the North East and Central territories, and Senior Vice President of Global Sales and U.S. Sales.
Senior Vice President, Latin America
Jefferson serves as Senior Vice President of Latin America, responsible for integration, management and growth of the operations in Latin America. As a leader in the region, he aims to further consolidate and expand the company's regional operations, as well as assist customers through their digital transformation processes.
With over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, Jefferson has worked on different fronts, including the software market, systems integration and information technology services industry. His areas of expertise include strategic and technological management services, consulting and project management.
Jefferson holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of São Paulo as well as a master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from both the University of Pittsburgh and the University of São Paulo. He also holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration and Management from the University of São Paulo.
Senior Vice President, Managed Services Go-To-Market
Jeffrey is Senior Vice President, Managed Services Go-To-Market, for NTT Ltd. in the Americas. With more than 25 years of IT services and telecommunications experience, Jeffrey is responsible for end-to-end infrastructure management of secure hybrid cloud, data center and network assets, along with the professional services required for assessment and migration architecture. He has played a major role in helping clients navigate their digital transformation, and he has been at the forefront of creating cloud, application and complex infrastructure strategies for some of the largest companies in the world.
Jeffrey holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of West Indies and a master’s degree in Computing from the University of Manchester.
Senior Vice President, Global Accounts
Jim is Senior Vice President of Global Accounts in the Americas. His field sales organization is responsible for revenue growth and satisfaction of the largest global accounts. Jim’s revenue accountability for these global accounts exceeds $1 billion, and his team acts as a single point of contact for these clients, both domestically and around the world.
Jim joined NTT in 2009 and has held numerous key roles such as Senior Vice President of Americas Marketing & Alliances, Area Vice President of Sales, and Vice President of the Enterprise Services business, where he focused on services sales growth across cloud computing, managed services, IT outsourcing and consulting.
Jim has more than 25 years of experience in the IT services industry, Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and professional services. Before joining NTT, Jim spent nearly 17 years at Avaya, Lucent and Octel in several key sales leadership roles.
He was also VP of North American enterprise sales for Webex and StorageWay, a data storage service provider.
Jim holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Ursinus College.
Senior Vice President & General Counsel
Jordan is Senior Vice President & General Counsel for NTT Ltd. in the Americas. A seasoned technology, outsourcing and corporate attorney he is responsible for managing a staff of lawyers, contracts managers, compliance professionals and paralegals, as well as negotiating critical contracts and deals for the company.
Prior to joining NTT, Jordan served as SVP, General Counsel and Secretary to the Board of Directors at T-Systems North America, Inc., the business services arm of Deutsche Telekom and sister company of T-Mobile.
Additionally, Jordan has held senior in-house legal positions at Moneyline Telerate, acquired by Thomson Reuters, and Global Crossing, which was acquired by Level 3 Communications / CenturyLink.
Prior to working in technology, Jordan worked at a major law firm and in investment banking, where he was involved in structured finance transactions.
Senior Vice President, Managed Services
Kevin is Senior Vice President of Managed Services, responsible for developing and managing the overall managed delivery strategy and operations for NTT Ltd. in the Americas.
He scales the most complex projects and consistently continues to deliver a suite of resources and solution services to clients.
Kevin joined NTT in 2013 with more than 20 years of service delivery and operations experience. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from East Tennessee State University and a bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems from the University of Phoenix. He also holds a master’s degree in Managed Services and Analytics from Georgia Institute of Technology.
CEO, Security, Americas
Matt is the Americas CEO of the Security division of NTT Ltd. in the Americas. He is an innovative IT leader, committed to helping customers build, run and secure modern applications and infrastructures.
Before starting his current role, Matt served as Chief Revenue Officer of WhiteHat Security, a recent acquisition of NTT.
He brings over 20 years of success in growing all global go-to-market functions for private and public IT companies.
Prior to joining WhiteHat Security, he served as Vice President of Sales and Alliances for Sumo Logic, where he built a best of breed SaaS channel program and led its global sales team. Before Sumo Logic, he worked in senior sales leadership positions with several public and private IT companies including TIBCO, Hewlett-Packard, PTC and Juniper Networks.
Senior Vice President, GTM Practices
Richard is the Senior Vice President of Go-to-Market (GTM) Practices and is responsible for leading the GTM teams in the Americas to bring clients our extensive solutions and services portfolio from NTT and our strategic partners.
Richard has been with NTT for over 20 years, holding multiple business and finance leadership roles, most recently leading the national solutions organization and prior to that leading the Data Center business to 400% growth.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in the field of Auditing and Accounting from the University of South Africa.
Executive Vice President, Finance
Sally is the Executive Vice President for Finance for NTT Ltd. in the Americas and is responsible for overseeing the region’s financial strategy. She also leads the teams responsible for commercial and legal, risk and governance, and internal IT business systems.
Since joining NTT in 2011, Sally has excelled in a number of roles at the legacy Dimension Data Group level, notably playing a key role in steering the Group through the listed days on the London and Johannesburg stock exchanges to the acquisition by NTT.
In her most recent role, Sally managed the finance team responsible for all aspects of the Group's reporting, budgeting and governance. In addition, she managed the relationship with NTT's finance team.
Sally holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce and a postgraduate degree in Accounting from the University of KwaZulu-Natal in South Africa. Sally is also a Certified Chartered Accountant.
Senior Vice President, Marketing & Communications
Shanley is the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications for NTT Ltd. in the Americas region, responsible for overall marketing strategy and execution, including lead generation across both digital and events, brand awareness, and corporate communications.
Shanley joined NTT in 2015 to lead marketing communications and has over 20 years of experience in the IT sector with a proven track record of successfully executing multi-level strategies in rapid growth environments.
She has deep expertise in partnering across organizations and bringing programs to life with a passion for distilling complex concepts into a clear executable plan.
With her experience leading highly efficient, motivated teams from start-ups to regional and global organizations, she is known by her colleagues and industry peers and as a high-energy individual with a reputation as a change agent.
Shanley holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Roanoke College, a master’s degree in Journalism from Boston University and has also completed executive coursework at the Rollins College Center for Creative Leadership. She is also an avid equestrian and competes with her two horses.
Senior Vice President, Strategic Planning & Integration
Taro serves as Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning & Integration for NTT Ltd. He is responsible for implementing business strategy for the NTT Com global affiliates (e.g. Factory Model Implementation), monitoring KPI’s of each global affiliate’s business plan management, and planning and implementing action items to meet the business plan.
He holds over 10 years of corporate in house legal experience coupled with over 15 years of successfully managing a wide range of global business issues, including: conducting merger and acquisition deals (including PMI process), implementing corporate governance and compliance structures, global strategy design and implementation of corporate restructuring measures, managing budgeting process of major global affiliates, managing goodwill impairment test process, and managing global HRM issues including senior executive compensation.
Taro holds a bachelor’s degree in Law and Political Scient from Keio Gijyuku University as well as an LLM from the University of Michigan Law School.
Executive Vice President, Business Operations
Tony serves as Senior Vice President of Business Operations for NTT Ltd. in the Americas, responsible for applications and business critical systems, IT infrastructure and Information Services, as well as overall business process transformation.
Tony brings an established track record of driving a transformation leadership agenda and delivering consistent revenue and profit growth.
He has over 20 years of experience with SAP. During which, he served as the Global Head of Operations and Strategy for the company’s ERP Cloud solution (S/4HANA Cloud), where he was responsible for developing, scaling and measuring the end-to-end Customer Lifecycle Management business. He also spent six years as the National Vice President of Operations and then Chief Operating Officer for North America Services, responsible for 3,450 employees and $2.5B in consulting services business. Tony also served in several leadership positions responsible for both Consulting Services sales and Delivery during his tenure at SAP.
Prior to joining SAP, Tony spent four years with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), and two Massachusetts-based start-ups.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut.
