Respond. Recover. Rebound.
As we all continue adjusting our daily lives to the impact of COVID-19, our thoughts are with those most at risk or suffering as a result of this pandemic. At NTT Ltd. we have a duty to ensure that we’re fully operational so that we can continue to support our clients, partners and the wider community, while protecting our employees and their families.
Supporting our people, clients and communities
Respond. Our global business continuity plans are deployed across all operations.
We’ve already stepped in and responded to the crisis. Our business continuity plans have been deployed across our global operations, ensuring all of us as NTT Ltd. are safe and that we each have the support we need to work from home. This includes our Global Delivery Centers (GDCs) and our Security Operations Centers (SOCs), which have been operating remotely since March and continue to be stable. Where work from home isn’t possible, we're ensuring health and safety is our primary focus for those of us needing to be onsite.
We are monitoring and acting on updates from the World Health Organization, as well as seeking guidance from public health officials and government agencies as the situation unfolds, and will continue to make any changes necessary to keep our connected world safe.
Recover. We're focused on helping our clients adapt the way they work.
We are now recovering and we are extending our services to help our clients continue to operate, adapt the way they work and minimize the impact of the disruption by providing the necessary collaboration tools, digital events, cybersecurity and enhanced logistics support.
Rebound. Now, more than ever, the future is being created together.
Our purpose is that together we will enable the connected future, and it has never felt like such a critical time to do so. Our ambition is that we all come out of this crisis stronger, more agile and more together than ever before – that we rebound and help our people, clients and communities do great things with technology.
