Respond. Recover. Rebound.
As we all continue adjusting our daily lives to the impact of COVID-19, our thoughts are with those most at risk or suffering as a result of this pandemic. There is no doubt that the threat of COVID-19 has not gone away and rather than thinking that we will return to life as we knew it before the pandemic, we need to accept that we will be living and working alongside this virus, until a vaccine becomes available.
Supporting our people, clients and communities
At NTT Ltd. have been planning for the short-term respond and recovery phase, but also for the longer-term workplace of the future. Since the very outset of the COVID-19 we have made it our top priority to protect our people and their families from infection while continuing to serve our clients. As the threat from infection reduces in many countries, we want to be sure that we make the right decisions, in the right way, for each country, office and employee for a safe return to the office. As we step through this process, we will be guided by four principles:
- At all times, we will align to country and regional specific government guidance.
- We recognize the need to consider each of our different circumstances and ability to return to the office.
- For those returning to the office we will take all precautions necessary.
- We will constantly review the situation and be ready to change the way we work as required.
One thing is for certain, we are all facing the same challenges and opportunities and we are here to assist our clients in any way we can. The time is now, as technology is enabling business to manage the new hybrid workforce, build new revenue channels and achieve much needed cost savings. Furthermore through combining data insights you will be able to make better and faster decisions, that strengthen your connection to your customers.
