NTT Ltd. to expand Webex Calling service to Singapore

Cisco’s global partner of Webex Calling introduces cloud communications solution to Singapore.

Singapore – 6 April 2020 – Following the successful launch in New Zealand and Australia, NTT Ltd. announced that it will be expanding its Cisco Webex Calling service to Singapore and other Asian countries.

Cisco Webex Calling is a cloud-based communications technological solution, which serves to upgrade a business’s existing Private Branch Exchange (PBX) infrastructure. The product provides a customizable solution to enable businesses to: 

  • call securely with encryption and carrier-grade cloud infrastructure
  • be supported with global regulatory expertise and compliance across all serviced markets
  • gain easy control for IT through simple web portals
  • get the best of cloud services while leveraging existing investments or go straight to the cloud and make major capital savings

The Cloud Communications division of NTT Ltd., formerly known as Arkadin, is the global partner of Cisco to provide Webex Calling. NTT Ltd. will provide global PSTN telephony through Cisco’s secure BroadCloud platform, offering full enterprise calling and PBX features to aid businesses with their transformations to a smarter workspace.

The service has been gaining considerable traction around the world. The calling bundles that leverage NTT’s global voice network, currently includes 25 countries across the EMEA, North America, New Zealand, Australia, and Asia Pacific region, and the company is extending its reach in the LATAM market.
