- Onsite is for hardware and software infrastructure, providing incident response within 15 minutes. You can choose onsite coverage of 24/7 with the engineer and parts onsite within four hours; business hours with the engineer and parts onsite within four hours; or business hours with the engineer and parts onsite the next business day when incidents can’t be resolved remotely.
- Mission Critical support is for hardware and software and includes fast-track access to our senior engineers and onsite engineer, and part support within two hours when needed.
